What do I need to do before a flea or cockroach treatment?
In the case of fleas, treat your cat or dog with an appropriate proprietary insecticide or consult a vet. In all cases, remove food and any animals from the room to be treated, and cover fish tanks. Arrange to go out for at least 2 hours after treatment in order to allow the chemicals to settle.
How do the rodenticides you use work?
The baits contain anti-coagulants which prevent the animal’s blood from clotting. They therefore bleed internally but don’t suffer any pain or show any signs of distress.
What if my children or pets find the bait?
We only set our bait out in lock boxes. These boxes allow the desired pest to access the bait, but are inaccessible to humans or pets. There is no worry of your child or pet accidentally consuming the bait.
When should I have a wasps nest destroyed?
Wasps pollinate and help control garden insect pests. They build a new nest each year, never re inhabit the nest the following year and die out in the autumn. Unless the nest is located in a sensitive place such as near an open window or door, it should be left alone if at all possible.

No, absolutely not! Some of our service agreements do ask for a one year commitment; however, none of our contracts are binding. If you decide that you no longer want our service, there is absolutely no penalty for cancellation.
Do the pesticides you use cause cancer?
No. None of the pesticides we use have any carcinogenic effects as established through pre-registration laboratory testing required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Does the treatment have an odor?
